Donna Thomas: Donna, the owner of Crown Music, began piano lessons at the age of three; and, organ naturally followed. Music was the utmost hobby in her life! She completed her education, both musically and academically, while living in Pennsylvania. She worked for the local K Mart Corporation as head office cashier and then became a cash office Supervisor, traveling to different locations in the eastern region setting up new K Mart stores. Her "home base" was her local K Mart when she was not on the road. After twelve years with K Mart Corporation, she attended a Real Estate School. She practiced that profession for nearly 15 years until moving to Arizona in 1990 where she joined Schroeders Organ and Piano, then her "true love", music, became her occupation. All the music stores she managed over 23 years selling Technics musical instruments were in Sun City except for a couple years at Schroeders Arrowhead Town Center Mall. She resides in Sun City with all of her "four-legged kids", all 8 of them at present. She gives a loving home to those in need. They all love music, too!
Marilynne Rapp: Marilynne, the former owner of Crown Music, played organ since childhood. Over the last 30 years she has taught classes to students that now number into thousands of sessions. Because her easy how-to-operate-the-organ classes provide such beautiful sounds for hobby players, Crown Music students always sound their best at all levels from beginner to advanced. Pros know how to 'tweak' the instruments to make themselves sound even better than they play. At Crown, with Marilynne's help, now the hobby player can also have the advantage of sounding professional, even with one finger chords.

Dale began accordion lessons when he was ten. Two years later he convinced his parents he “needed” an organ. The following year he began playing tuba and string bass in school music programs. Pipe organ was his performance instrument at the University of Wisconsin. Dale owned musical instrument retail stores in Wisconsin and Hawaii; he learned his digital instrument programming skills through his dealer associations with Yamaha (organs, synthesizers, digital pianos) and Allen Organ. Today, Dale works exclusively with Crown Music customers. And if you are hungry for a hearty German meal, you can hear him play his Roland FR-8x every Friday and Saturday at Haus Murphy’s in Glendale, AZ.
Rocco: Rocco was the official greeter at Crown Music when Marilynne Rapp owned the company .
